JourneyCarry – Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer can exercise their right of cancellation.
Consumer: A natural person not acting in the course of trade, business, or profession who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Duration transaction: A distance contract for a series of products and/or services delivered over time.
Durable medium: Any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information for future reference and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: The consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Entrepreneur: JourneyCarry, the entity offering travel accessories and bags online to consumers.
Distance contract: A contract concluded via a system organized for the remote sale of products using distance communication techniques.
Remote communication technique: Any means to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.
General terms and conditions: The current general terms and conditions of JourneyCarry.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer and distance contract concluded between JourneyCarry and the consumer.
Before a contract is finalized, these terms will be provided to the consumer. If not possible, they will be sent upon request at no charge.
For electronic agreements, the terms will be made available in a format suitable for permanent storage and reference.
Where specific product terms apply, they supplement these general terms. In case of conflict, the consumer-friendly interpretation prevails.

Article 4 – The Offer
Offers will clearly indicate any applicable conditions and validity period.
All offers are non-binding and subject to change.
Product descriptions will be accurate; images are illustrative and may not reflect exact appearance.
The offer will clearly state:
Total price (excluding customs and VAT for international orders)
Shipping fees
Right of withdrawal, if applicable
Payment and delivery terms
Validity period
Any additional terms relevant to the offer
Article 5 – The Contract
A contract is formed when the consumer accepts the offer and meets its conditions.
For electronic contracts, confirmation of acceptance will be acknowledged.
JourneyCarry ensures secure online transactions.
Orders may be declined or altered if necessary, with reasoning provided to the consumer.
Article 6 – Right of Cancellation
Consumers have 14 days from receipt to cancel the contract without reason.
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via email. The return must be made within 14 days after notice.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Consumers bear the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned items are received or proof of return is provided.
Article 8 – Price
Prices remain fixed during the offer validity period, except for VAT/customs changes.
Pricing errors or typos do not bind JourneyCarry.
Consumers are responsible for any customs or import charges.
Article 9 – Conformity and Warranty
Products must meet the contract and reasonable expectations.
Defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Misuse
Third-party modifications
Normal wear and regulatory changes
Article 10 – Delivery and Execution
Orders will be handled with care and delivered to the provided address.
Delivery occurs within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. Delays will be communicated, and refunds offered if requested.
If an item is unavailable, a replacement may be offered. The consumer may reject it.
Article 11 – Duration Transactions
Open-ended contracts can be canceled with one month’s notice.
Fixed-term contracts do not renew automatically unless agreed otherwise.
Contracts longer than a year may be canceled after a year with one month’s notice.
Article 12 – Payment
Payments must be completed within the stated period after the cooling-off period.
Consumers must notify of any payment discrepancies immediately.
Article 13 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of identifying the issue.
JourneyCarry will respond within 14 days. If longer is needed, the consumer will be informed.
Valid complaints may result in repair, replacement, or refund.
Article 14 – Disputes
We aim to resolve any disputes fairly and amicably.
Article 15 – Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated as our business evolves. Consumers are encouraged to review them periodically.
